Preparation method:

• 1/2 kg of carrot
• 3-4 spoons of honey

Instructions:

First we cut the carrots in to slices.Then, we place them in a water and boil them in order to get soften..Next we remove them from the heat, and blend them or just simply mash them with a fork.

Remember to keep the water in which we previously boiled the carots.Next we leave it to cool down and add the honey in it. Next, add this water to the mashed carrots in order to prepare your natural syrup. Keep it in a cold place (8-10 C degrees/ 46-50 Fahrenheit)

Use:

This natural medicine is safe to be used frequently. Preferable dose is 3-4 spoons of it throughout the day. The results will be noticeable after only one or two days. It will eliminate the phlegm from your lungs and it will effectively cure the cough.
