21:00 to 23:00

This is the time when an average person is trying to sleep. This is the time when the endocrine system is rebalanced and is getting filled with enzymes. Endocrine system manages the hormones and metabolism, so if you have trouble falling asleep at these times you might have stuck with the thought “to fight or run away.”

Probably you are still psychologically burdened by the events of the past day or already preparing for tomorrow’s challenges. Repeating the same words puts you in a sort of tension.

23:00 to 1:00

If you often wake up at this time it could be due to remarks that carry inside. This is the time when the energy is transformed into yang according to beliefs.

1:00 to 3:00

 This is a crucial time to detoxify the body and the process of renewal. Your liver emits toxins and creates fresh blood.

Waking up at this time indicates anger, frustration and negative emotions. If you don’t get rid of these spiritual toxins, your “spiritual liver” will be constantly activated at the same time.

3:00 to 5:00

This is the time when your body is supplied with the most oxygen.

Check if you warm enough to facilitate functions of the body. If you often wake up at this time, try to do some exercises for breathing.

Waking up at this time it can also be caused by pain and sorrow that you don’t tell anybody around you.

5:00 to 7:00

The reason for waking up at this time in the morning may be a bad diet or eating late at night.
