For a long time I only drunk juice, ate cereals, or buttered white toast.
This was nothing close to a healthy breakfast.
After doing some research, I discovered a powerful breakfast that I am going to share with you here.
WHY THIS BREAKFAST IS GREAT?
Before discovering this breakfast, I usually had sugar cravings by lunch.
This breakfast significantly reduced the food desires through the day.
Satiated for longer
The oats helped so much that I sometimes forgot to eat lunch. Hunger could strike in the afternoon.
While I had no idea whether my metabolism was functioning properly or not,
I have a strong feeling that it improved with this breakfast.
- Rolled oats – 1/3 cup
- Ground flax seed – ½ tablespoon
- Unsweetened almond milk – 1/3 cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder – ¾ tablespoon
- Banana – ½
- Vanilla protein powder – ¼ scoop
- Organic honey – 1 tablespoon
- Plain Greek yogurt – 1 heaping spoonful
In a bowl, mix the ingredients together, thoroughly.
Then, cover your bowl and keep it refrigerated overnight.
In the morning, you can choose to warm it up or to simply add some almond milk.
