Cellulite is a condition in which the skin appears to have areas with underlying fat deposits, giving it a dimpled, lumpy appearance. It’s sometimes described as having a cottage cheese or orange peel texture.
Cellulite is most noticeable on the buttocks and thighs, and usually occurs after puberty.
COFFEE BODY WRAP FOR CELLULITE
This is an ideal solution for tired, loose, and fainted skin. It would be especially effective to do this wrapping in winter or spring, when the skin has a deficiency of vitamins and nutritional elements. It is also ideal for dehydrated and dry, as well as overcooled skin.
- 1/2 cup of coffee grounds
- extra-virgin olive oil
- plastic wraps
Mix one-half cup of coffee grounds and a little extra-virgin olive oil. Heat this mixture in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Spread the warm mixture on the cellulite and cover it with plastic wrap. Let it sit for 30 minutes, and then rinse it off with warm water. Do this twice a week until you see improvement
Coffee can be used as a scrub that will help remove skin cells that might have toxins on the surface of the body.
- 1/4 cup of coffee grounds
- 3 tablespoons of sugar
- two tablespoons of coconut oil (melted)
Combine all ingredients and mix until you get a paste. Apply the paste on the cellulite and massage the area for several minutes using firm pressure.
Rinse the coffee grounds with lukewarm water. Do this 3 times a week until you get your desired results.

Eating healthy, low fat foods such as fruits, vegetables, and fiber can help one to avoid cellulite.
Similarly exercising regularly, maintaining a healthy weight, and reducing stress are recommended to prevent cellulite.
