American doctor, Carolyn Anderson, published a recipe based on three ingredients to prevent cancer. This is actually a two thousand years old traditional recipe from the east of India, and the results were confirmed by research and studies in Western medicine. If turmeric and the two following ingredients are consumed daily, the possibilities of developing cancer is virtually nil, according to Anderson.
HERE IS THE RECIPE TO FOLLOW:
Mix ¼ teaspoon of turmeric, ½ teaspoon of olive oil and a large pinch of freshly ground pepper in a cup.
You can directly consume the mixture or add it in various dishes such as soups and salads. If you add these three ingredients in ready meals, do it at the end of their preparation and be careful not to cook it. Otherwise, add a little water to this mixture before consumption.
Why is this mixture preventing development and spread of cancer?
According to Dr. Anderson, all the answers are found in turmeric. Turmeric is a yellow powdered spice. It is a component of curry. Its anti-inflammatory abilities are incredibly powerful. There is no other natural ingredient in the world that is more effective in reducing inflammation as turmeric. Molecules present in turmeric that are causing this anti-inflammatory effect are called curcumin.
