The skin is the largest organ of our body and is constantly exposed to numerous factors which can damage it beyond repair.

This is why we need to protect it if we want to look younger and beautiful. However, instead of using commercial products full of harmful chemicals, you can keep your skin healthy with simple homemade mixtures that will exfoliate and regenerate it. Today we’re presenting a natural peeling which will remove excess dirt and dead skin cells from your skin and is made from cheap natural ingredients.

You’ve probably heard of aspirin, the wonder pill that is commonly used for reducing headaches, but did you know that it can be used for other purposes as well? Aspirin is often used in homemade beauty products that can improve the quality of your skin. It contains acetic and salicylic acid, two compounds with powerful antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties. The pill also contains beta-hydroxyl-acid which is a fat-soluble compound that will regenerate your skin.

Here’s how to prepare the peeling:

Ingredients

5 aspirin pills

2 tablespoons of honey

1 tablespoon of plain yogurt

Preparation

Wash your face well with cold water first, then put a cloth in the microwave and warm it for 30 seconds. Next, apply the warm cloth on your face for 10 minutes so it can open your pores, then pat your face dry. Now, crush the aspirin pills and mix them with the other ingredients, then apply the mask on your face and leave it to work for half an hour. Afterwards, wash your face with cold water and apply your favorite moisturizer.

We recommend using the treatment before going to bed, but be careful with it if your skin is sensitive. We recommend applying a small amount on your skin to see if there is an allergic reactionfirst – if there isn’t, you can safely use it. Make sure to apply sun screen when you go out the next day as the mask makes your skin highly sensitive.
