Natural Remedies Based Eggshell
Detoxifies your body: Grind five shells very well in a mortar. Mix with 2 liters of water and let stand for 7 days. Then drink 2 glasses daily for 15 days.
Strengthens nails: Add a quarter (1/4) of a teaspoon of powder in the enamel shell usual.
Use for irritated skin: Place the crushed shell of an egg in a bowl with apple cider vinegar and mix well. Let it stand for 1 day. Then apply the mixture directly into the affected area and leave on for 15 minutes area. Flush with water.
