Homemade Hot Pepper Cream for Arthritis & Joint Pain


If you suffer from myositis, rheumatism, radiculitis, neuralgia or pain in the joints then you need to make yourself a treatment with red chili pepper oil. It belongs to the group of heating and irritating oils and possesses instigating effects like widening of capillaries, boosting blood circulation in the upper parts of the skin, increases vitamin metabolism and activates the regenerative process of the epidermis skin.


  • 10 red chili peppers;
  • 2 glasses of cold filtered olive oil;
  • Glass jar of 1 liter.

How to prepare it: wash the peppers, cut the part where the stem is and grind. You will get one glass of this mixture which should be out in the jar and add the olive oil. Store it in a dark place and after 7 days stir it with a gauze or a plastic strainer.

How to apply it: the used mixture of the peppers can be put in the fridge using it in your dishes. The reddish oil can be used to massage it in the skin. Massage it couple of times a day in the beginning when you start feeling pain in your joints or other parts of the body. After the massage wear something to warm up the affected place. There will be a burning sensation on the skin but it will be bearable, even pleasant because the oil will warm up the skin without any burns. By the time you may decrease the number of times for using it and after a month or two, the procedure can be repeated once a week if you feel pain in the joints. The oil should be kept in a dark place.
