Homemade apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of organic honey
- Peels and cores from 8 organic apples
Put the peels and cores in a large glass jar before pouring in some water.
Ensure the water covers the chunks.
Then, add the honey and stir until it completely dissolves.
Use a paper towel to cover the jar before putting on the lid.
Leave it for 2 weeks.
Then, take out the chunks of apple and replace the lid.
Leave it thus for another one month. Make sure you shake it everyday.
After the month elapses, your apple cider vinegar will be ready for use.
